Complete Performance Solutions is a professional and vibrant team of health, performance and sports club support professionals. We are committed to providing professional and personalised service of the highest quality, and absolutely love what we do every day!

We train and support hundreds of sporting organisation volunteers each year, including facilitating and delivering the Queensland Government’s Building Active Communities Workshops.

We deliver corporate health programs that have significantly changed the culture within many Australian companies.

We have implemented over 50 school health promotion programs that have engaged their parents and community; up-skilled teaching staff; and greatly increased health, wellbeing and stress levels throughout the school community.

We have helped hundreds of individuals achieve their goals in health, fitness, weight loss and performance, by providing the knowledge, support and accountability they’ve needed to succeed.

We have authored a fun animal-themed exercise program and resources to support children and special needs children in getting healthier and more active.

Our Founder

Our company was founded in January 2004 by Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist, Leanne Cordero.

Leanne has been a lecturer at national industry conferences; a health and performance expert on Warran Boland’s 612 ABC segment; an Australian representative hockey player; and Sports Dietitian for Queensland Government, Australian Rugby Union, Queensland Academy of Sport, Hockey Queensland, Queensland Rugby League and Brisbane Bullets Basketball.
