Congratulations on making the decision today to start personal training. 

We look forward to helping you start achieving the results you're after as soon as possible. 

To get underway, all you need to do is:

1. Click here to download our Personal Training Start-up Form

2. Complete the form 

3. Return the form as soon as possible, via:

  • Fax - (07) 3112 4239, or
  • Email - admin@completeperformancesolutions.com

We will then contact you straight away to arrange a suitable time for your sessions and book in your initial health and fitness appraisal.

Your safety and enjoyment of these sessions is our priority.  Therefore, if you have existing medical conditions, you will also need to organise a medical clearance prior to commencing.  You have the choice of:

  1. Booking a pre-exercise medical with your usual General Practitioner.  
  2. Booking a pre-exercise medical with Dr Geoff Conn at 190 Kelvin Grove Road (cnr Prospect Tce), Kelvin Grove.  Dr Geoff Conn specialises in pre-exercise medicals and can perform an exercise stress test if deemed necessary.  Most of the cost of his services and testing is covered by Medicare.  Phone (07) 3354 8666 to arrange an appointment before your first corporate fitness session.  

Whichever medical clearance option you choose, make sure to click here to download the Medical Clearance form and take this along to your medical.  Please make sure that the medical practice forwards us a copy of your Medical Clearance and any test results as soon as possible, via fax number (07) 3112 4239.

Congratulations on making the decision to make your health, wellbeing and performance an important priority in your life.  
 
Some people feel a bit intimidated or unsure of what to expect in their first session.  So we like to fill you in on what to expect so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.  
 
Your first session is a fantastic opportunity to sit down with your trainer, get to know each other and discuss your health and fitness goals in detail.  Your trainer will do a few simple tests that will help us track your progress and may then take you through an exercise session.  Your trainer will be able to take you through an exercise session at your pace and motivate you to push yourself to an intensity that you’re comfortable with.
 
Here are a few quick and easy recommendations for your first session:
  • Make sure you fax or email your completed Personal Training Start-up Form to us before your first session 
  • Wear something that you feel comfortable to exercise in
  • Have a water bottle handy and try to drink a bit more than usual on the day of your first session
